Obama for President Campaign – Volunteer to work the field and precincts of Iowa

There will be a special meeting at World Folk Music, located at 1808 W. 103rd Street, this Sunday, April 29th at 1:00 pm (should last until 3:00 pm) for anyone interested in volunteering for the Obama for President campaign in a very direct way: working the field and the precincts in the all-important Iowa caucus to be held next January of 2008. We will work a specific geographic area in Iowa over the next nine to ten months. This is a real-life opportunity to make history.

There will also be other volunteering opportunities presented Sunday by members of the Obama campaign staff.

You can also sign up for your own group at the Obama for President website. This will allow you to form your own Obama for President group.

Over the next couple weeks I will be sending you details. Also, if you know of anyone seriously interested in volunteering, please have them contact me directly by phone or email.

Please call or email me if you will be attending.

Thanks,

John Presta
